Jagadita Hospitality Consulting is a hospitality consulting practice based in Bali, Indonesia, providing strategic planning, market analysis, guest experience design, revenue and pricing strategy, staff training, and operational excellence services to hotels, resorts, villas, and F&B businesses.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this site and use its contact channels for genuine business enquiries. You may not use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at a scale that degrades service, or misrepresent your identity.
3. Information on this site is general
Descriptions of our services, methodology, and any figures shown are provided for general information. They are not professional advice for your specific property, and they do not constitute a guarantee of any particular commercial result. Every engagement depends on the market, the asset, and the team involved.
4. Enquiries are not a contract
Sending us a message, or receiving a reply, does not create a consulting relationship. Work begins only once scope, fees, and timelines are agreed in a signed proposal or engagement letter.
5. Intellectual property
The Jagadita name, logo, written content, and page design are owned by Jagadita Hospitality Consulting. Photographs are licensed from third-party stock libraries (Unsplash, Pexels) under their respective licences. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; you may not republish substantial portions or reuse the branding without written permission.
6. Third-party links
This site links to external services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or remove content at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
